Formula E has announced it will host "11 of the world's most-followed personalities" in an "exclusive, never-been-done-before motorsport experience" with digital and social content "in real time" over the coming weeks in Miami. The series aims to fill the gap in the racing calendar between the races in Jeddah (14 and 15 February) and the return of the Miami E-Prix on 12 April. The first names have already been announced.

Each of the eleven personalities will be working with one of the Formula E teams. On 5 and 6 March, fans will be able to follow the real-time content on Formula E's social media channels. Later in 2025, a feature-length documentary film dedicated exclusively to the "Evo Sessions" will also be released.

The personalities will drive the Gen3 Evo cars and do their laps on a modified circuit of the Miami International Autodrome, the Formula 1 race track for the Miami Grand Prix. They will first be given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the track. They also receive an intensive training programme that includes simulator sessions, physical conditioning, driver coaching, hardware customisation and engineering briefings.

The following have been confirmed as participants so far: Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, entrepreneur and son of ex-footballer David and ex-Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, Sergio Agüero, Argentinian footballer, tech content creator Cleo Abram, actor Lucien Laviscount (known from Emily in Paris), car tuner and influencer Emelia Hartford and Tiktok star Vinnie Hacker.

The remaining five personalities and the announcement of the Formula E teams they will be working with and the drivers who will provide them with driver coaching are to be published in the coming weeks. Particularly important for Formula E: the eleven participants have a combined social media reach of 300 million followers.

Formula E CEO Dodds: "I immediately knew we had to bring it to life"

"The initial reaction when I presented the concept of ‘Evo Sessions’ to our teams and partners was, ‘this is wild!’," describes Jeff Dodds, CEO of Formula E. " immediately knew we had to bring it to life. We wanted to do something that has never been done before in motorsport; something that would give audiences and our fan base a unique perspective into the world of a Formula E driver, through the eyes of some of their favourite online personalities."

"Formula E is the fastest growing motorsport in the world," continued Dodds. "We have a clear target to hit half a billion fans by 2030. Through collaborating with some of the biggest names in popular culture right now, we’re able to open up Formula E to a whole new fanbase. It will uncover the world-class ability of the drivers and teams alike and highlight the raw skill and ingenuity we have in the championship."

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham: "An incredible opportunity"

"I've loved motorsport all my life, so when the opportunity came to be a part of Evo Sessions with Formula E, I jumped at the chance," adds Brooklyn Peltz Beckham. "I love it as a sport, but it’s an incredible opportunity to actually get behind the wheel and experience what it takes to compete at the top level of motorsport. The performance of the cars is insane, so I’m pleased I’ll be learning from the best in how to get the most out of them."
