Formula E will return to Berlin for the eleventh time next year. This means that the German capital remains a permanent fixture on the Formula E calendar and is the only venue to have been on the calendar since the inaugural 2014/15 season.

The Hankook Berlin E-Prix 2025, as the event is officially called, will once again take place on 12 and 13 July on the track layout that was introduced last season. The 2.345 km circuit at the former Tempelhof Airport with 15 corners provided plenty of overtaking manoeuvres and duels last season.

As usual, fans can look forward to a weekend of racing action, activities and insights into modern and sustainable technologies. The Fan Village offers entertainment with live broadcasts, a stage programme, interviews live from the pit lane and the latest prototypes and cars of tomorrow. In the Gaming Arena, fans can also compete against each other in racing simulators and win prizes.

Further information on potential pit lane tours, the concert programme or other organisational topics is not yet known. If you have any questions, please contact tickets@fiaformulae.com. We are not the race organiser and only have the information that can be found on e-Formula.news.

Wehrlein: "Coming back as defending champion makes it even more exciting"

Germany is the home of current Formula E World Champion Pascal Wehrlein (Porsche), Maximilian Günther (DS Penske) and David Beckmann (Cupra Kiro). It is also the home race for the manufacturer Porsche. "The Berlin E-Prix is always a highlight for our team, especially in view of Porsche's rich history in Germany. Looking ahead to 2025, our main focus is on maintaining our momentum and putting in a strong performance for the home crowd."

His top driver, Pascal Wehrlein, is also looking forward to his home race: "Returning to Berlin is always something special. But coming back as defending champion makes it even more exciting. The fans, the atmosphere and the challenging track layout make it one of my favourite races on the calendar. I'm ready to give it my all and hopefully deliver another memorable race for the team and the fans."

Alberto Longo, co-founder and Chief Championship Officer of Formula E, says: "Berlin has hosted the most races in the history of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, and every year the races there become more dramatic and exciting. The event has become an opportunity for fans to get closer to Formula E than ever before. We look forward to bringing two more races to the heart of the German capital in 2025."
