Formula E visited the Miami International Autodrome last weekend to hold its third race of the season. The first race on this circuit really shook up the field! Previous dominators Oliver Rowland and Nick Cassidy went nowhere in Miami. Instead, Nico Müller, Joel Eriksson and Felipe Drugovich surprised everyone with their performances in Miami. Above all, however, Mitch Evans set a new Formula E record with his victory and also scored the first points for Jaguar in season 12!

After each round of Formula E Season 12, our editors award points on a scale between 1 and 10 for all drivers. They are then sorted according to their average "rating score". The rating is based exclusively on driving performance, not the potential of the car or external circumstances.

Nico Müller | Porsche | 10

Last season, the Swiss driver was still a big question mark. It just never seemed to click with Andretti. Since signing with Porsche, Nico Müller has been proving that he is rightly in Formula E! Miami was his best career weekend and gave him his first ever pole position. In the race, he was narrowly beaten, Jaguar simply had the better strategy. Nevertheless, he was the only one to give Evans a fight! Second place underlines an impeccable performance that Müller absolutely has to build on!

Mitch Evans | Jaguar TCS Racing | 9.5

No one before him has managed 15 wins in Formula E - Mitch Evans secures one of the most important records ever with his success in Miami! It was also Jaguar's long-awaited liberation. They hadn't scored a single point before Miami, but in Florida they scored 30! The performance in the race was what you would expect from a driver of Evans' calibre. He made no mistakes and worked his magic with his overtaking manoeuvres. Let's hope that there won't be another series of races without points. Last season it already seemed as if Evans could only win or finish his races without points. More consistency is urgently needed!

Joel Eriksson | Envision Racing | 8.7

It was quite a surprise when Envision announced last year that it was replacing Robin Frijns with Joel Eriksson. The team was in a deep performance hole and it was questionable whether the promotion of the replacement driver would provide the necessary turnaround. However, Eriksson proved that it did this season! In the race, he did not allow himself to be shaken off by the leading pack, but maximised his result with impressive manoeuvres. The Swede also looked very strong in qualifying. It's a very solid start to the season for Eriksson. If he continues like this, he will be able to hold his own in the team!

Flop of the E-Prix: Dan Ticktum | Cupra Kiro | 3.5

So far, it's hard to say that the season has started for Ticktum. The Briton, who was so successful last year, has yet to finish a race in season 12, including Miami. While he was at least able to show in qualifying in the first two races that he is faster than his results, this session in Florida was also a flop. It's certainly not all down to Ticktum, but it's high time his garage side got into the season. Especially as his team-mate Pepe Marti currently seems to be outperforming him as a rookie.
