We updated this news ticker regularly until the final entry list was announced.

>>> Porsche announces Janina Schall

[10/24 1:00 pm] With one final announcement, the entry list for the 2025 women's test in Valencia is complete: Janina Schall will be allowed to drive the works team's second Porsche 99X Electric. The 20-year-old switched from karting to touring cars, where she competed in the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) and achieved a class victory in 2024. Most recently, she drove a GT4 BMW there.

>>> Tatiana Calderon drives for Citroen

[10/24 10:00 am] The tenth and final Formula E team has now also announced its first female driver for the women's test in Valencia: Colombian Tatiana Calderon will drive the team's Gen3 Evo car. Calderon already drove for the predecessor team Maserati MSG Racing in Madrid last year and for Lola Yamaha ABT during rookie training in Jeddah, but gained her first Formula E experience back in Gen2 times with DS Techeetah.

[10/23 6:00 pm] Envision Racing's line-up for the women's test is also complete: Welshman Ella Lloyd will drive the team's second car in Valencia. Last season, the F1 Academy driver took part in both the women's test in Madrid and the rookie test in Berlin for Neom McLaren.

>>> Chadwick & Noda drive for Jaguar

[10/23 1:00 pm] Jaguar TCS Racing has announced its two drivers: Jamie Chadwick and Juju Noda will be behind the wheel for the British team in Valencia. Chadwick is an old acquaintance and has already taken her place in the Formula E car several times. The three-time W Series champion and Indy NXT race winner first tested for the then NIO team in season 5.

Noda, on the other hand, will make her Formula E debut on 31 October. The 19-year-old Japanese driver, daughter of former Formula 1 driver Hideki Noda, has enjoyed some success in smaller formula series such as Danish Formula 4, the Austrian Formula 3 Cup and Italian F2000, where she won the title in 2023. She currently competes in Super Formula in Japan, but has failed to score any points there in the past two years.

>>> Home event for Nerea Marti at Andretti

[10/21 7:30 pm] Andretti has also announced a driver for the women's test in Valencia: Nerea Marti will drive the team's customer Porsche, as she did in Madrid in 2024, and will be competing on home turf, as she is from Valencia. Interestingly, Nerea Marti was confirmed by Andretti at almost the same time as her compatriot Pepe Marti, the new regular driver at Cupra Kiro. However, the two are not related.

>>> Alice Powell tests for Envision again

[10/21 10:00 am] Envision Racing is another team that has confirmed a female driver who will compete in the women's test on October 31 in Valencia. The team has announced that Alice Powell will drive again. The British driver is one of the most experienced female drivers in the racing series: in 2020, she sat behind the wheel for the first time at the rookie test in Marrakesh for the team, which was then still racing under the name Virgin Racing. This was followed by further test drives in Valencia in 2021 and in Berlin (rookie test) and Madrid (women's test) in 2024.

>>> Mahindra Racing presents Chloe Chambers

[10/20 10:00 am] Mahindra Racing has also confirmed its first driver for the 2025 women's test in Valencia. American Chloe Chambers will drive the M12Electro during pre-season testing. In 2024, the F1 Academy race winner took part in the women's test for Andretti, finishing in 15th place.

>>> Gabriela Jilkova tests for Porsche again

[10/17 4:00pm] Porsche has confirmed Gabriela Jilkova for the women's test during the 2025 pre-season test drives in Valencia. The Czech driver has already driven the Porsche 99X Electric in the pre-season tests for the past two years: in 2023, she took the wheel of the car with start number 13 for three hours in Valencia, and last year she competed for the team in the women's test on the final day of testing.

>>> Marta Garcia drives for Lola Yamaha ABT

[10/15 2:00 pm] Lola Yamaha ABT has presented its first female driver for the women's test: Spaniard Marta Garcia will be behind the wheel for the team in Valencia. Garcia, the first female F1 Academy champion, already has Formula E experience: in 2024, she drove an ERT car at the rookie test in Berlin, and a few months later she sat in a Porsche 99X Electric from the works team at the women's test in Madrid.

[10/14 04:15 pm] DS Penske has announced its two drivers for the women's test: Lindsay Brewer and Jessica Edgar will drive for the team in Valencia. For Brewer, who is currently racing in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America, this will be her first experience in a Formula E car. Edgar, on the other hand, who is only 20 years old, already drove for DS Penske in the 2024 pre-season test in Madrid. The former F1 Academy driver finished tenth at the time.

>>> Abbi Pulling tests again for Nissan

[10/14 | 09:00 am] Nissan has confirmed Abbi Pulling for the women's test in Valencia. The Briton, who has been the team's official rookie and simulator driver since the summer, already had the opportunity to drive the Nissan car last season: she sat behind the wheel of the Nissan e-4orce 05 for the team of reigning world driver champion Oliver Rowland at both the pre-season tests in Madrid and the rookie test in Berlin.

The two-time F1 Academy race winner contests the GB3 Championship in 2025, where she is 21st in the overall standings after 18 of 24 races.
