Formula E farewell in gold: DS Penske reveals special livery for London season finale

DS Automobiles is preparing for an eye-catching final appearance in Formula E. At the season finale in London, Taylor Barnard and Maximilian Günther will race with an almost entirely gold special livery. The French brand is using the striking design to mark the end of its Formula E involvement after eleven seasons.
DS Penske normally races with a predominantly black livery featuring gold accents this season. Gold has long been a defining part of DS Automobiles' brand identity. For the final two races in London, however, that colour scheme has effectively been reversed: most of the car will be finished in gold, while several previously gold elements will appear in black. These include the driver numbers and various sponsor logos.
The special livery also marks the end of an era. DS Automobiles and Penske will go their separate ways after the current season. For the French manufacturer, this brings to an end a Formula E involvement that began in 2015 and has produced four championship titles.
Taylor Barnard and Max Günther will race the special cars for DS Penske for the final time at the London E-Prix. The gold livery is therefore not only an eye-catching look for the season finale, but also a visible farewell from DS to Formula E.
