Formula E: "Girls on Track" will be part of every podium ceremony in 2024

The FIA's "Girls on Track" initiative presented by Hankook, which aims to give young women an insight into the world of motorsport, will play a role at all eleven venues on the upcoming Formula E calendar in the 2024 season. A female representative will also take part in each podium ceremony, as the electric series announced on Monday.
In the past 2023 season, the "Girls on Track" programme took place on five race weekends in total. In season 10, girls and women between the ages of 12 and 18 can look forward to more special activities and insights into Formula E. Registration for participation is already open for all race locations.
Just 1.5 per cent of the motorsport licences awarded are to women. Motorsport is one of the few sports in which men and women can compete on equal terms, according to Formula E. In order to gain a better foothold in this male-dominated domain, Susie Wolff founded the "Girls on Track" initiative in 2016.
