Who will be on pole at the home race for all German fans and thus secure the best starting position for the race? We will find out on Saturday from 10:20 am (CEST). In our overview, you can find out which driver has to start in which group.

In the time trial, the drivers will initially meet in two groups. As usual, Formula E sorts the groups for the race according to the current championship standings. The drivers in the odd-numbered championship positions start in Group A, while the drivers in the odd-numbered positions start in Group B. The aim here is to make it into the top four positions in your group, as this is the only way to reach the duel phase. There, two drivers compete against each other in the quarter-final, semi-final and final and fight for pole position.

The following groups have been formed for the Berlin qualifiers on Saturday.
