This weekend will decide who can call themselves Formula E World Champion 2024. In London, the starting position could be much more decisive for the race result than in Portland or Shanghai recently, as it is not easy to overtake at the ExCeL. Qualifying will be decided by a time trial with a group stage and subsequent knockout duels. In our overview, you can find out which rider has to race in which group.

In the time trial, the drivers initially meet in two groups. As usual, Formula E sorts the groups for the race according to the current championship standings. The drivers in the odd-numbered championship positions start in Group A, while the drivers in the odd-numbered positions start in Group B. The aim here is to make it into the top four positions in your group, as this is the only way to reach the duel phase. There, two drivers compete against each other in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final and fight for pole position.

The following groups have been formed for the London qualifiers on Saturday.
