With the M3Electro, Mahindra presented a veritable revolution of the predecessor model before season three. After the Indians had already recorded two podium finishes in the previous year (Beijing, London), they made the big leap to the top of the field in the third Formula E year. Magneti Marelli is behind the drive system of the new race car. The on-track operations will still be carried out by Campos Racing. Incidentally, Mahindra let the fans decide on the vehicle design of the M3Electro in a vote: The vehicle livery was penned by Adria Haro Jorba from Spain.
