Pipo Derani

Luis Felipe "Pipo" Derani first attracted attention in 2012 when he won his first race in British Formula 3. A year later, he took 3rd place at the Macau Grand Prix, underlining his potential. Important victories came his way at the 12 Hours of Sebring (2016, 2018, 2019), the 24 Hours of Daytona (2016) and Petit Le Mans (2019), among others. The Brazilian also finished runner-up in the IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship that same year. Derani first came into contact with Formula E at the 2020 rookie test in Marrakech, when he got into the car for Mahindra Racing.
