Yifei Ye
After winning several Chinese karting titles, Ye Yifei moved to Europe at the age of just twelve. There, he worked his way through Formula 4 and Formula Renault into FIA Formula 3. In 2021, he switched to endurance racing and raced in WEC as well as the European and Asian Le Mans Series. In 2023, the Chinese driver drove a privately entered Porsche in LMDh category, switching to Ferrari for 2024.
Ye had his first contact with Formula E in 2020, when he competed in one of the series' e-sports events. However, he did not get into the real vehicle until the 2023 rookie test in Berlin.
