Tim Tramnitz drove a Formula E car for the first time during the 2023 rookie test in Berlin - in the service of ABT Cupra. The Hamburg native was runner-up in the German and Italian Formula 4 in 2021 and, at his young age, is regarded as one of the biggest German motorsport hopefuls. In 2023, Tramnitz competed in the Formula Regional European Championship (FRECA) and finished third overall.
In October 2023, Tramnitz was accepted into the Red Bull junior programme. In 2024, he will compete in the FIA Formula 3, which holds its races as part of the Formula 1 supporting programme.
