Jaime Alguersuari

Jaime Victor Alguersuari Escudero became champion in British Formula 3 in 2008. In 2009, the Spaniard debuted as the youngest driver in history to date in Formula 1 and was under contract with Scuderia Toro Rosso until 2011.

The Spaniard drove alongside Sam Bird for Virgin in the inaugural Formula E season and last competed at the 2015 Moscow E-Prix, where he suffered a fainting spell after the race due to dehydration and exhaustion, after which the FIA revoked his racing license due to medical concerns. Two months later, Alguersuari, then just 25 years old, announced the end of his career. In the meantime, he has rediscovered an old passion for himself: as "DJ Squire," he plays house music in Ibiza's club scene.
