In2001, Justin Wilson won the international Formula 3000 championship. After competing in Formula 1 in 2003, he raced in the Champ Car series from 2004 to 2007, winning the runner-up championship twice. From 2008, he competed in the IndyCar Series. At the 2015 Moscow E-Prix, Wilson competed in a Formula E race for Andretti. In August 2015, he was killed in a tragic racing accident in the IndyCar Series.
