Frederic Makowiecki

Frederic "Fred" Makowiecki has been a Porsche works driver since 2014 and has since achieved numerous successes in GT racing. In 2018, he managed to take overall victory in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring. In a Porsche 911 RSR, the Frenchman competed in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in 2020, where he celebrated victory in the endurance classic at Sebring in the previous two years, among others. He already gained his first experience behind the wheel of an all-electric race car in 2018, when he took part in the official Formula E rookie test in Marrakech for DS Techeetah. In 2020, he also took to the wheel at the test day for drivers without Formula E experience (also in Marrakech), but this time for Porsche.
