Argentine Juan Manuel "Cochito" Lopez made a name for himself in South American touring car series in his early career years before moving to Europe in 2007. There he competed in the Spanish GT Championship and the International GT Open, among others, until 2012.
Lopez drove the official development car of Formula E as well as the cars of China Racing in the 2014 pre-season testing.
