Beitske Visser is the first woman to make the leap into the BMW Junior program. She began her motorsport career in 2000 in karting, in which she remained active until 2012. In the 2014 season, she competed in the Formula Renault 3.5 World Series for the first time. This was followed by a switch to BMW. In her first season as a BMW junior, Visser gained experience on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in the BMW M235i Racing, among other things.

In2019 she won the runner-up title in the W Series, Visser also competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship. In Formula E, she accompanied the BMW team as a test and reserve driver during the 2018/19 season and took part in the in-season test in Saudi Arabia.
